## April 2026 – Product Updates
### GS 6.6.200 (14 April 2026)
#### General
### 🚀 Features & Improvements
- IGES imports now correctly interpret trim curves. Please note these are now imported as mesh data rather than NURBS.
- Reorganised preferences panel into Room/Document Settings for more intuitive options management
- For upgraded users, added optional package for supporting more file types
### 🐛 Bug Fixes
- USDZ exports no longer lose image map and base colour
- Fixed Web Inspector/Web Collab screenshots sometimes coming out visually wrong
#### VR
### 🚀 Features & Improvements
- (Quest only) AR Collab has evolved into Spatial Alignment! Lock the Virtual Room to your Physical Space so you can move freely and virtual objects stay fixed; determine the position and size of the virtual room in your physical space; save the spatial anchors, offset and scale in the virtual room itself - no need to set up again with every session.
- (Standalone only) Improved visual quality of splines when viewed at a distance
- Display mesh quality when model quality options are available
- Environment panel now has thumbnail previews for HDRs
- More edit modes available when multi-editing compatible objects
### 🐛 Bug Fixes
- File path for local saves is now less truncated and more legible
- Disabled now incompatible Meta Avatars as they were also causing issues with native GS avatars
- Unified “file with this name already exists” flow for older and newer files
- Added login screen when attempting to export whilst unauthenticated
- Fixed drawing sometimes being interrupted by putting down non-drawing controller
- Fixed mesh preview sometimes not showing when model quality options are available
- Fixed autosaves being corrupted if the text tool is active on force app quit
- Fixed lobby UI missing/overlapping in certain conditions
- Pico 4 Ultra now has correct controller models
- Solved UI conflicts when user is part of different teams with the same name
- Community designs are now opened correctly as a draft
- Unified room renaming error messages when file with same name already exists
#### Screen App
### 🚀 Features & Improvements
- Navigation cube visual updates, added Show Whole Sketch button
- Users are now muted by default when joining a room, warning message if muted whilst speaking
- Moved Undo/Redo, Settings, Import, Export to consolidated GS logo dropdown on top left
### 🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed being unable to remove users from shared
- Removed unused “remove user” UI for reviewer roles
- Fixed Join in VR button occasionally not working
- Screen users’ changes to model quality now propagate to other users and persist after exiting the room
