To import videos to your Oculus Quest first make sure they are in mp4 format.

If you are using Windows PC, please follow the steps below:

1. Plug your Oculus Quest into your computer (using the USB-C cable).

2. Put your headset on. You will see a message requesting permission to allow the connected device to have access to the files on this headset. Click Allow.

3. Go back to your computer and your Quest will come up like any other device.

4. Double click on Internal shared storage and you will find the Gravity Sketch folder with all of your content in it. Open the Videos folder and place your videos there.

If you are using a Mac the process is slightly different:

1. Download your preferred software for transferring files from an Android Device to a Mac (https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/mac-software/transfer-android-mac-3683573/).

2. Plug your Oculus Quest into your computer (using the USB-C cable).

3. Put your headset on. You will see a message requesting permission to allow the connected device to have access to the files on this headset. Click Allow.

4. Go back to your computer and your Quest will come up like any other device.

5. Double click on Internal shared storage and you will find the Gravity Sketch folder with all of your content in it. Open the Videos folder and place your videos there.

Your videos will now be accessible in Imported videos on your VR headset: press Blue Menu button -> go to Learn (Purple hat) -> go to Imported.
