You can add text to your sketch with a few simple steps:
1. Select the purple button to open the Creation tools.
2. Go to the Text tool.
3. Select the font that you like and press your drawing hand trigger to open the keyboard.
4. Type in the text and select the blue check mark.
Change Font
To change the font of an existing text grab the text and select the blue button on your non-drawing hand. Once the keyboard opens select the Font key to change to a different font.
Voice to Text
Enable speech to text by holding the grab button to begin recording. When finished recording let go of the grab button, and your text will appear in the text box.

Import New Fonts
Simply upload the OTF/TFF file(s) of the wanted font as any other file (check instructions here) and you'll find it on the list of Fonts.
