About Labs
Labs gives you access to experimental Gravity Sketch features that are still in development. Accessing these features allows you to try cutting-edge ideas and provide feedback that helps shape the future of Gravity Sketch.
Releasing features under Labs helps the Gravity Sketch team to share the current thought process with the community, offering a glimpse into what we’re working on and inviting you to be part of the journey.
Opting in to Labs
By default, users have Labs turned off. Labs can be enabled and disabled by individual users from the VR lobby. You can toggle Labs on and off whenever you need to.
If your account is associated with an organization you cannot currently access Labs. Any organizations wanting to grant access to features in Labs to users should reach out to support@gravitysketch.com, or your Customer Success Manager.
Marketing consent
By opting into Labs you agree to receive marketing communications from Gravity Sketch. In addition to news on the latest updates, events, and Labs features you may occasionally receive outreach from the product team to gather your feedback on the experimental features you have access to.
Collaboration sessions with Labs
If you or anyone in a room is collaborating with Labs enabled, there may be instances of broken UI, or incomplete renders depending on the features used.
The overall experience of your collaboration session shouldn’t be affected.
Labs feature stability
As the features included in Gravity Sketch Labs are experimental, they may have bugs, be incomplete, or materially change over time based on feedback and testing; they may also be removed from the app without notice, or never make it into the general release of Gravity Sketch.
