Pro Tier

Pro Tier is designed for professionals and power users - this plan can be subscribed to on a monthly or yearly basis. It provides enhanced features and capabilities, including expanded storage, and increased collaboration capabilities. Users will benefit with an increase to 3GB storage and up to four collab rooms.

Payment

Pro Tier costs $19.99 a month or $199 per year. You will be able to subscribe to Pro-Tier through the payment system Stripe accessed here. If you want to explore other pricing options, please check our Pricing page here.

Area Restrictions

As we roll out pro tier we are focused on supporting specific regions as a priority determined by our user base. Currently if you are not located in the US, the UK or the EU you will not be able to purchase Pro Tier through our online payment system.

Special Exemptions

Early adopters

For the time being, those with Early Adopter status will retain their current storage allowance, regardless of their Free or Pro tier status. As long-time supporters of our product, your previous financial support has been the foundation of the product and how we can transform workflows for thousands of users.

We’re committed to continue rewarding those with Early Adopter status, and in time will be considering new ways of doing this, whilst aligning closer with the new tiering of plans.

Education accounts

For educational institutes there will be no changes to product access for any users belonging to an organization.

Individuals with an email address using an educational domain will experience no changes to their product access for six months, giving time to join an educational organization where relevant.
