### **Tips for eliminating motion sickness in VR (Text)**
#### **1. Adjust Your Headset Correctly**
• Make sure the **interpupillary distance (IPD)** setting matches your eye distance
• Ensure the headset sits comfortably and securely
#### **2. Improve Visual Quality and Performance**
• Use a headset with a high refresh rate and low latency
#### **3. Take Frequent Breaks**
• Start with short sessions and increase gradually as you acclimate.
• Take breaks of several minutes every 15–20 minutes or if you feel discomfort.
#### **4. Choose Comfortable Content**
• Avoid fast-moving or intense VR environments when first starting.
• Prefer slower, calmer apps or sketching sessions until you’re more comfortable.
#### **5. Use Optional Accessories Thoughtfully**
• Supportive head straps can improve comfort and reduce fatigue, but they are not a cure for motion sickness itself.
• If you wear glasses, appropriately fitted lens inserts can help reduce eye strain.
