You might want to watch your custom videos within Gravity Sketch. You can do that by importing your videos locally or via Cloud (LandingPad).
When you import locally you'll be able to find the videos in the Learn menu, when importing through landingpad.me you'll find the videos in the Reference Images menu. Read more about both processes below.
To import videos first make sure they are in mp4 format.
Import Locally
Windows PC
If you are using Windows PC, please follow the steps below:
- Plug your headset into your computer (if you are using Meta Quest 2 headset, put your headset on and allow the connected device to have access to the files on this headset)
- Go back to your computer
- Double click on Internal shared storage and you will find the Gravity Sketch folder with all of your content in it. Open the Videos folder and place your videos there
Mac (using Meta Quest 2)
If you are using a Mac the process is slightly different:
- Download your preferred software for transferring files from an Android Device to a Mac (https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/mac-software/transfer-android-mac-3683573/)
- Plug your Quest into your computer (using the USB-C cable)
- Put your headset on. You will see a message requesting permission to allow the connected device to have access to the files on this headset. Click Allow
- Go back to your computer and your Quest will come up like any other device
- Double click on Internal shared storage and you will find the Gravity Sketch folder with all of your content in it. Open the Videos folder and place your videos there
