What is 2FA and How to Enable it?

With 2FA you will be able to add an additional step of security on top of your email address and password when logging into your LandingPad account. When enabled 2FA will help protect your account from unauthorized access by requiring an additional code when signing in.

You will need an authenticator app to use 2FA. If you haven’t already, please install an authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or any other) from your App Store/Play Store.

Enable 2FA

2FA is not enabled by default, so you will need to enable it yourself on your LandingPad account. Follow the steps below in order to enable it:

1. Log into your account on landingpad.me

2. Click the Account drop-down menu at the top right, then click Security.

3. Click Enable 2FA button under the Recent Login Events.

4. Open your authenticator app on your phone and Scan the QR code. The app will scan the code and add the GravitySketch to your authenticator app. 

5. Go back to the browser and enter the code from the authenticator app in the space below the QR code. Select Confirm Code. 

2FA Log in

You will be prompted for the Authentication code from the authenticator app every time you try to sign in. Enter the code from your Authenticator app and select Confirm.

Disable 2FA

You can disable 2FA the same way you enabled it:

1. Log into your account on landingpad.me

2. Click the Account drop-down menu at the top right, then click Security

3. Under the Recent Login Events click Disable 2FA button
