LandingPad Orgs

LandingPad Orgs is our Enterprise Cloud Platform that's designed for a seamless workflow between VR and your desktop. You can manage, view and share sketches and 3D files through your browser anywhere on any device.

Account Set Up 

New LandingPad User:

- You will an email from you Organisation Administrator asking you to sign up and join 

- Complete the sign up form using the email you received the invite too 

- Congratulations! You're all set up. 

 

Existing Landing Pad User: 

- You will receive an email notifying you that you have been added to your Organisations Account

- Log in to your LandingPad account as normal and you will be able to access your Organisation

On the left hand side of your screen you will see the three types of Landing Pad spaces available to you

A. Personal Space: The Personal Files tab contains your personal sketches and files. Files saved or uploaded here will only be accessible in VR or Web by you. 

B. Organization Shared Space: Your Organization tab contains shared sketches and files from your organization. Any files you save or upload here will be accessible in VR or Web by any member of your organization. 

C. Teams Shared Space: This tab contains sketches and files shared by members of each specific team. Any files you save or upload to a team will only be accessible by members of that team.

In your Organization space, you will also see the option to view rooms and members of the Organization. Everyone who is a member also has access to the Rooms in this space. 

 

 

 

A. Org Rooms lists the rooms available created in your Organisation. Org members can access any room in this space unless it is locked with a password.

B. This menu controls a Room's settings once you select one from the list. You can View Room, Change Room Password (Admins only), Invite users to a room, Copy the invite link, Join in App (Alpha feature), Rename the Room and Delete the Room. 

C. Click here to add a new room. All members have access to this feature.
