Linked Device Error Message

If you get the error message 'This device is linked to another account already' and you won't be able to login to Gravity Sketch. 

This error occurs when another account has been used to log into Gravity Sketch on the Headset you are using. Sometimes after a software update or if you change your account details, this error can be triggered in error. 

There are two ways you can get around this message: 

1. Before you click login, after you have entered your email and password, toggle the 'Remember me' or 'Link device' switch to 'Off' and then click login. 

2. On the main lobby and before you login, click the settings cog icon and then toggle the 'Link Device' toggle to the off position.
