Permissions

Gravity Sketch issues regular updates, so for the best experience, users need to be able to update the software without IT support.

For store installations, please follow the stores’ guidelines for any permissions requirements.

For installations from LandingPad - Users of Gravity Sketch VR must have read & write permissions to the installation folder (to allow the software to update - when there is an update, the VR launcher will update the GS VR app and vice versa). Users will also need read & write permissions to their documents folder, and also have permissions to run the applications (GravitySketchVR.exe and GravitySketch.Launcher.exe). 

The standard installation folder is “Program Files”, but Gravity Sketch can also be installed in “My Documents” or any suitable location on a user’s computer.
