# Teams Overview
With the Teams feature your organisation can work in smaller private teams (subteams) to which only team members of the particular team and organisation admins will have access.
**Working together on projects or teams**
The Teams feature is built for teams to work on projects together with a dedicated team-shared space both in LandingPad and Gravity Sketch VR.
**Confidentiality**
Only team members can see the team shared files and collab rooms within the team.
**Centralize management for teams (Org Admins only)**
Org admins can create and manage the teams through [landingpad.me](https://landingpad.me/)
